From our location near Williamsburg VA, we can easily service the I-64 corridor from Richmond to Virginia Beach and the Northern Neck.
At Signature Stone, we work directly with you through every phase of your project. From the original design and stone selection process to the final installation of your kitchen counters, bathroom vanities, vanity tops, fireplace surrounds or outdoor entertainment centers – we do it all.
Our professional sales team will work with you to provide in-home quotes, samples of granite, marble, slate, limestone, quartz or other stone products. We provide samples for you to take home so you can view the stone in the environment in which it will be used. We gladly take the time to discuss all design options with you and assist you in any way possible.
Once the design specifications are settled, our craftsmen will come to your site and create the templates for your project. We will then cut and polish the stone in our own shop, ensuring proper fit and finish. Our skilled teams will professionally install the finished tops in your home. By designing and creating the items ourselves, we can control every aspect of the project and guarantee your satisfaction.

Meet Dan & Helen Dauchess
Dan is the President and CEO of Signature Stone. He brings 15 years of manufacturing and engineering experience to the team. Dan Dauchess has been in the stone industry since 2004, when he and his wife, Helen, purchased Signature Stone. Together, they have developed a custom shop that thrives on customer satisfaction. Prior to the stone industry, Dan spent 15 years as a process engineer in industries as diverse as nuclear materials production and computer chip manufacturing – always searching for the answer to the next problem.
Helen, who also has an engineering background, is the CFO of Signature Stone. She brings both an engineer’s eye for detail and a decorator’s appreciation for color to our organization.
Dan and Helen are the ownership and operations team behind Signature Stone.
